Christopher Burk is a friend of a friend whose work I admire from a distance on Facebook. His nocturne series is so superb and it has been mesmerizing to watch it evolve. He really gets the feel of night falling- in the city with streetlights, dumpsters, garages, and porch lights. He is a master of his “blue hour” skies.
